She further continued, “So I made it a behavior to rise up and #meditate each day… and naturally I’m utilizing comedy to alleviate stress throughout… ! Today is #WorldHealthday and lots of people will talk about #coronavirus , as they need to… But this #lockdown, #socialdistancing, #selfisolating is just not going to be simple for our #MENTALHEALTH.
