Rita Wilson makes first appearance since being struck down with coronavirus

The 63-year-old singer and actress sang the National Anthem throughout NASCAR’s iRacing Pro Invitational Series Race in a pre-recorded video.

Last month, Rita and her husband Tom Hanks had been identified with coronavirus after coming down with “body aches, chills and slight fevers”.

He introduced on Instagram on the time: “Hello, folks. Rita and I are down here in Australia. We felt a bit tired, like we had colds, and some body aches. Rita had some chills that came and went. Slight fevers too. To play things right, as is needed in the world right now, we were tested for the Coronavirus, and were found to be positive. Well, now. What to do next? The Medical Officials have protocols that must be followed. We Hanks’ will be tested, observed, and isolated for as long as public health and safety requires. Not much more to it than a one-day-at-a-time approach, no? We’ll keep the world posted and updated. Take care of yourselves! Hanx!”

Tom is taking issues “one-day-at-a-time” after his coronavirus prognosis.

Alongside {a photograph} of himself and Rita, Tom wrote: “Hello folks. @ritawilson and I want to thank everyone here Down Under who are taking such good care of us. We have Covid-19 and are in isolation so we do not spread it to anyone else.

“There are these for whom it may result in a really critical sickness. We are taking it one-day-at-a-time. There are issues we will all do to get by means of this by following the recommendation of specialists and taking good care of ourselves and one another, no? Remember, regardless of all the present occasions, there isn’t a crying in baseball. Hanx (sic)”
