The 39-year-old is releasing her e book ‘More Myself: A Journey’ on the tv icon’s ‘An Oprah Book’ imprint, and she or he has revealed how her good friend helped formed the memoir.

She advised ‘Entertainment Tonight’: “She’s a beautiful big sister to me, a special human in my life, and really just somebody who I model a lot of things off of.

“You might be highly effective and sort and profitable and swish. You can have all of it.

“She really said, ‘This is going to be such a special thing as long as you’re comfortable enough to really bring people into your world.’ “

The ‘Girl On Fire’ hitmaker admitted this was the catalyst for being so open within the e book, and Oprah was “really proud” of the ultimate outcomes.

Alicia mentioned: “That was the point and that remains the point of how do you, how do we all, continue to find who we actually are?

“Not who we expect we’re alleged to be when the digicam activates or not who we expect we’re alleged to be once we’re at work with our boss or who our boyfriend needs us to be or who our mom needs us to be.

“That was the goal and the mission. So, as she read it all and she saw how it was all coming together, she was really proud.”

The proud mother or father – who has sons Egypt, 9, and Genesis, 5, with husband Swizz Beatz – and the couple are at the moment targeted on homeschooling and self-isolation through the coronavirus pandemic.

She added: “We are grateful, we are blessed, we are safe, we are healthy, our family is healthy. We’re together.
“It’s absolutely a brand new expertise and we’re all making an attempt to determine like… how will we hold these children in line?”
